The hSNS project aims to measure the hospital performance in terms of its quality and access dimensions to (1) improve the quality of healthcare services that will be delivered; (2) support management by monitoring and controlling performance indicators; (3) benchmark healthcare providers; (4) Accountability and governance; (5) better finance healthcare providers (according to their performance).
